**3/19/20 Coronavirus Update**

TCC Family,

Good evening.  Another 24 hours have passed and more developments have captured my attention which necessitate further communication.  Thank you for your patience and understanding. It’s important to stay connected with one another.

As previously communicated, all TCC small gatherings have been canceled until further notice.  However, as of today this will also include ALL WEEKDAY PUBLIC MASSES at TCC.  We are advising all persons, regardless of having symptoms, and especially if having traveled from other countries, to maintain social distance when in public and to avoid social gatherings larger than 10 persons.  (Social distancing requires approximately 6 feet from others whenever possible.)

For your sake and for others, please use the following guidelines:

1) If you are feeling ill for any reason, especially with fever, cough, asthma, or shortness of breath, PLEASE STAY HOME!

2) Older Adults, 65 Years and older, are at higher risk for illness.  PLEASE STAY HOME!

Notice and accept how you feel in this time.  Take prudent measures to care for your emotional, physical, and spiritual health.  It is natural to feel stress, anxiety, grief, and worry in challenging moments like these.  Everyone reacts differently, and your own feelings can change over time.  Taking care of your mind, body, and soul will help you think clearly and react to the urgent needs to protect yourself and your family.  Self-care now will support your long-term wellbeing.

With regard to Eucharist, the guidance given by our Bishop is to provide a 3-week supply of reserve sacrament. The intent is for individuals and/or families to receive Eucharist during the live-stream service.  Specific written instructions will be included with the reserve sacrament and shared live during the service.

The church will be open on Saturday 3/21 from 1:00PM to 5:00PM to pick up your supply. In order to minimize contact, please text me when you arrive, and someone will bring the reserve sacrament out to your car.  It’s not necessary to tell me in advance, but helpful to know if you plan on coming by on Saturday.

If you fall in a high risk demographic (see above) we will deliver directly to your home. Please text me at 585-698-0782 or email me at to communicate that you would like to have reserve sacrament delivered. I will coordinate a time with you.

We still plan to live-stream Mass this Sunday 3/22 at 10AM.  You can participate by tapping the “video” icon on the TCC app or by accessing our Youtube channel on your computer  See you there!
Yours in Christ Jesus,
Fr. Eric
