Welcome to the Trinity Communion Church's Youth Group Page! Our names are Eric and Sarah Ockrin and we are TCC's Youth Directors. We are very excited about ministry together with the youth at TCC.
Sensing that God has done much to prepare us for this time, we look expectantly to the future and seek to glorify Him alone. We recognize that youth are the future of the Church, and so we take very seriously the task of cultivating authentic faith and practice through the discipling of our teens.
Our mission is to serve and build the youth of Trinity Communion Church though weekly whole group meetings, individual mentoring and contact, gender specific activities/discussion, exciting youth events, mission trips, inter-youth group activities, and community service. For a bit of our history- Sarah grew up in South Lyon, Michigan, an hour west of Detroit. Eric grew up outside of Ticonderoga, New York in the beautiful Adirondack region. Their journey together began at Houghton College, where they met in the fall of 1996. They were married in August of 1999. Today, the Ockrin's share the joys of family with their two beautiful daughters, Grace and Eliana. Lots of fun!
Eric and Sarah both received Bachelors Degrees in Psychology from Houghton College. Sarah holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan College. After studying at Houghton, Eric pursued a graduate degree in School Psychology at Bucknell University. He is currently practicing as a psychologist in the Spencerport School District. Eric has also completed a Masters Degree in Theological Studies from Northeastern Seminary.

Youth Group meets Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 PM for fellowship, worship, and topical Bible Study. One Wednesday a month we gather at a local Coffee House.
