Welcome! We’re so glad that you’re interested in finding out more about Trinity Communion Church! We want everyone who joins us for worship to feel welcome and engaged. First and foremost . . . our church is a real place for real people. So come as you are. If you need a ride or have special needs, please let us know and we will assist in any way we can.

At TCC, our service is full of rich, vibrant traditions along with a blend of contemporary and traditional music. Because we believe that the Bible contains answers for life’s most perplexing questions and holds the truth on every imaginable subject, all sermons are built on the firm foundation of Scripture. Pastor Eric uses stories, humor and a scholarly twist to make the word of God come alive.

Have children? During the sermon, if parents choose, we provide toddler and Pre-K care in our nursery as well as Sunday School for grades K-6. Teachers strive to incorporate content (both verbal and hands-on) to help kids learn about God in fun and exciting ways.

The 3B’s (Belong + Believe + Become) is the platform used at TCC to help people discover the big picture of their faith journey. At TCC we understand that “next steps” are important when inviting people into an ever growing relationship with Jesus Christ! Content of the 3B’s discipleship platform is delivered in our Life Groups.  Each Life Group is encouraged to rotate through the themes of the 3B’s.  This is our intentional aim to expose all of us to broad faith formation.

We would love to connect with you and answer any questions you may have. Fill out our Connect Card so we can get you more information.

Nursery Care

If you have small children we imagine they may make noise from time to time. It’s OK! Pastor Eric and Sarah have four kids and they understand what it takes to get a family to church and to worship together. If you choose too, during the sermon, toddler and pre-K care is provided in our nursery. Our caring staff is trained and background checks have been performed to give you peace of mind. Age appropriate curriculum is offered to get your little ones engaged on their faith journey.

Sunday School

At Trinity Communion Church, helping children develop an ever growing relationship with Jesus Christ is very important to us. Jesus says to let the little children come to Him. What a privilege it is to introduce our young ones to the One who created them and loves them best. We are planting seeds of truth into our children early, so they can grow up to be the men and women of God that He has called them to be.

TCC Kids offers our children experiences to learn about God’s interest in them. Each week our children learn from the Scriptures, do crafts, sing songs, and grow to understand how worshiping God can be fun and life changing. The children will have exposure to the same Bible passages used in the adult sermon. This allows families to share together what they have learned.

Vacation Bible School

At Trinity Communion’s vacation Bible school, kids discover that even though life gets a little crazy sometimes, God is good! Each program is filled with incredible Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, touch, and even taste! Science fun, team-building games, cool Bible songs, and tasty treats are just a few of the standout activities that help faith flow into real life. Plus, we’ll help kids discover how to see evidence of God in everyday life.

Our program is for kids in grades K-6 and is typically held in the beginning of July.

Check back here in the spring to register for our next Vacation Bible School!

Youth Group

We engage students in grades 7-12 to nurture and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Our youth gather every Sunday night at 7pm where we play games and have a great time together and then spend time learning from God’s word. We also focus on local and global outreach, serving the needy in our community and participating in mission trips to foreign countries.

Young people are constantly challenged in every aspect of their lives. Different ideologies challenge their perspectives on truth and personal identity. It is crucial to have a biblical foundation in life and to grow as disciples of Jesus from a young age. Youth Group helps to set that foundation, equipping teens for the challenges that they face every day and preparing them for the journey ahead.

College Ministry

In the Greater Rochester area there are six universities and three seminaries. TCC seeks to host college students as a temporary church home away from home. Bringing them together helps build a community of faith while away at school. Activities include social gatherings such as movies and game nights; maybe even bowling or ax throwing. TCC leadership offers individual and/or group topical or Bible study opportunities for students. And our monthly college luncheon provides time for students to get a home cooked meal and engage with each other in a casual, welcoming setting.

Join A Life Group!

Life Groups at Trinity Communion Church are essential in realizing our mission of inviting people into an ever-growing relationship with Jesus Christ. They are intended to be small and interactive, promoting transparency and offering authenticity. In Life Groups we read and study the bible, enjoy relevant video series on a variety of topics, or read and discuss a topical book. We experience together what God has done, is doing, and will continue to do through our lives. We pray together, sharing the concerns and joys that arise as we journey with Christ in our everyday lives. We serve each other and the wider community, discovering and sharing the grace and love given to us by God in Jesus. Please prayerfully consider joining a Life Group.
