About the Event
Volunteers needed! This summer, World Relief WNY is launching CAMP CREATE designed for refugee and immigrant students entering 6-12th grade and it will be held here at TCC. The goal of this camp is to help students learn healthy ways to manage stress, express emotions, and build resilience through creativity and supportive community. Using the First Aid Arts trauma-informed curriculum, students will participate in guided music, art, and movement activities that help them:
learn specific activities that can help manage stress
build resilience and confidence
strengthen friendships and community
experience joy and belonging
