Our guest speaker is Kathryn Garrett. She is a life coach, speaker, and writer. She loves every opportunity to walk alongside women and assist them to shamelessly pursue where God is leading them. Kathryn is the proud grandma of two sweet granddaughters. She and her husband are residents of Churchville and actively minister at Brockport Free Methodist Church. 

Topic of retreat: The Stories We Write In Our Heads 

Recognizing how God wired us for story writing. But sometimes we write stories in our heads that hurt us, impact our relationships with others, and limit us in our thinking. Learn how to take captive every thought and how to write faith-filled stories. 

Theme Verse: Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
